Shipping Information

We operate two warehouses: one in Christchurch, England, which fulfils orders to the UK, and another in Bocholt, Germany, which fulfils our European orders. Because all order fulfilment is local, you will never pay import duties.

UK Delivery

Orders are despatched from our UK warehouse. In stock orders placed before 1 p.m. UK Time, Monday to Friday are usually despatched the same day. 

Orders placed during the weekend will be despatched on Monday.

We offer free economy shipping on orders over £99, as well as standard and express shipping rates.

EU Delivery

Orders are despatched from our EU warehouse. In stock orders placed before 12 p.m. Germany Time, Monday to Friday are usually despatched the same day. 

Orders placed during the weekend will be despatched on Monday.

We offer free shipping on orders over a threshold to most of our European countries, expect for Bulgaria, Cyprus, Greece, Malta and Romania. To be eligible for free shipping orders must meet a minimum amount which is dependent on location. Please see below for the required minimum order value to each European country.
